Q: How do I place an order?
A: We accept orders through our website. Simply add the product you're interested in to your cart, enter your details, and complete the purchase.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery on all orders above ₹500.

Q: Do you offer Express Delivery?
A: Yes, we offer both standard and express shipping options. For express shipping, we charge ₹100, and your package will be sent via air. While we can't guarantee delivery on a specific date, we ensure that all express orders are usually dispatched the next day and reach our customers as soon as possible.

Q: What is your Refund and Exchange Policy?
A: We do not offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged product or a product that is different from what you ordered, we will provide a replacement without any charge, including arranging reverse shipping for you. If you'd like to exchange a product due to a change of mind or size issue, we do offer exchanges, but a ₹100 reverse shipping fee applies. If the product you want to exchange is out of stock, we'll offer store credit for the amount.
