No Refunds or Returns: We do not offer refunds or returns on any products purchased, except under specific circumstances outlined below.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged during transit or if it is different from what was ordered. In such cases, please contact us immediately.
Exchanges: We do offer exchanges for eligible items. To initiate an exchange, please email us at exchangetaksh@gmail.com. Our team will guide you through the process.
Store Credit:
If we do not have any size option or inventory for the same product, store credit will be provided.
For returns, a reverse shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the total amount, and the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
International Orders: Please note that we are unable to provide exchange services for international orders.
